Business Operations Audit of a Transport Group

The Fuel Group was founded in 1999 with the goal of providing end-to-end supply chain solutions to its customers by leveraging the operational infrastructure of its affiliated companies, which include RTT, SCS, SOS, PHD, Revert and HRP.
 
Fuel’s area of operations extends across southern Africa. It includes over 110,000 m² of warehousing and cross docking facilities. The group has a fleet of more than 850 vehicles and employs nearly 4,500 people.

 
 

Scope of the project

Business operations audit of a transport group with six affiliated companies. The Group has a leading position in the contract logistics and transport market and is achieving enormous growth rates in volume and sales.
