On January 1, 2024, Marius Neininger and his company, Neininger GmbH, became partner at TransCare GmbH in Wiesbaden.
 
Neininger was previously Head of European Land Transport at Swiss Post and Managing Director of Bächle Logistics GmbH in Villingen-Schwenningen. Following the takeover of the company by Swiss Post CH in 2018, he also became a member of the management team of the PostLogistics division and the M&A team in Dintikon, Switzerland. From 2021, the 43-year-old held positions as Managing Director, Member of the Board of Directors or Authorized Signatory in various subsidiaries of Swiss Post CH in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein and Lithuania. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the parent company PostLogistics AG. Neininger managed all of Swiss Post’s acquisitions in Germany and Lithuania and successfully integrated the forwarding companies into the organization. The logistics and M&A expert is actively involved in numerous industry and business associations and has excellent contacts with freight forwarders and bus companies – in the DACH region as well as in Italy and the Baltic states. The business administration graduate studied economics at the University of Mannheim and transport management and logistics at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences.
 
In addition to Ralf Jahncke, Managing Partner of TransCare, and the partners Christian Marnetté (since 2020) and Prof. Dr. Axel Salzmann (since 2023), another competent industry insider is thus strengthening the consulting firm’s M&A business.

“As the grandson of Otto Bächle, I grew up in a medium-sized transport company with forwarding and bus transportation and was later able to accompany the Bächle company in a management role for almost 18 years,” says Marius Neininger, describing his career. He is looking forward to the new challenge, in which he can contribute his experience and his network in medium-sized companies as well as in group companies with a focus on succession planning and M&A. “I see TransCare as an ideal partner for succession planning and M&A for medium-sized companies due to its versatile know-how,” says the new partner.
