a Corporate merger
The former Arnold Transporte GmbH and HANL & Schildmann Umzugslogistik GmbH were independent medium-sized furniture movers in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. The core business of both companies was the regional moving business, with both business and private customers. In addition, both also organized supraregional and inter-country relocations. Storage services and the restoration of furniture due to fire damage supplemented the portfolio of services.
Cooperation of successful medium-sized logistics companies
Based on joint activities in the past, the owners of both companies decided to evaluate a possible merger in detail. TransCare was mandated with the preparation and support of the realization. In order to achieve a substantiated comparison, TransCare determined the values of both companies using internationally recognized calculation methods. The different areas of activity were analyzed and evaluated from an operational and economic point of view with a special focus on realistic synergy potentials.
Support up to the conclusion of the contract
After the decision for the merger, TransCare supported and moderated the negotiations. In addition, TransCare prepared the contractual documents for the merger of the companies.
